GGG irons out all the details regarding ExileCon – PoE

ExileCon poe

Do You Want A Trip to New Zealand late next year? If so, you might want to hold up your planning until Grinding Gear Games irons out all the details regarding ExileCon, its first Path of Exile convention, tentatively scheduled for November 2019.

ExileCon poe

For the moment, GGG is asking fans for input regarding the convention, including whether they’d come at all. The event would be held in GGG’s home of Auckland, New Zealand, which would make for expensive travel for most. If you do arrive, you’d be treated to expansion announcements, demo sessions, developer talks, tournaments, parties — all the usual frills that come with these kinds of things.

Here’s some of the stuff we would love to have at ExileCon:

  • Announcement of whatever the next large expansion is
  • Announcement of the 4.0.0 mega-expansion
  • A play area with computers set up for demos of all products announced
  • Talks from Grinding Gear Games developers about their areas of expertise
  • Finals of various tournaments
  • A Merchandise shop
  • Developer signing sessions
  • Some type of party
  • Swag bag potentially containing exclusive microtransactions and some physical items.
  • Feel free to suggest more ideas!

If you’d like to make your thoughts on ExileCon known, head over to the PoE forums to give your opinions on the show. For what it’s worth, a quick search for plane fares from my current location in the U.S. to Auckland the first weekend of this November yields prices in the $1,500 to $2,000 range. That would buy a whole lot of Supporter Packs. For more poe tips and tricks, stay tuned to U4GM. You can choose www.u4gm.com where you can poe currency buy cheap.

What Do you think of the Charged Traps support in PoE

Incursion PoE

With the reveal of all the trap reworks and new trap gems, I decided I wanted to start the league with an ignite proliferation fire trap build. I’ve been messing around in PoB as best I can without having access to the new skills and changes, but I don’t have much experience with ignite or trap builds so I’m not sure how much I am missing due to inexperience. Here’s the PoB so far, it’s mainly just the tree, links, and a few planned uniques.

Incursion PoE

Ascendancy choice. I’ve been assuming that Saboteur is the best choice for getting access to trap, crit, and DoT nodes. I would use the Ignite Proliferation gem which is getting solid buffs in the upcoming patch. Perfect Agony. Is this node any good? I’ve been struggling to get a high effective crit chance without sacrificing other damage and node options. I’m also looking to use the new Charged Traps support for power generation and more crit multi to synergize with this. Is it just not worth it to try to go crit with an ignite build?

In my opinion, I’ve been planning a similar build based around scaling DoT and burning damage with Fire Trap so both the ignite from the initial hit and the burning ground are boosted. Trickster offers a huge amount of damage and utility and doesn’t have to worry about trap cooldown cause Fire Trap won’t have one in 3.3. The downside is that it doesn’t have built in prolif, so you need to use a link for that, but it’ll prob be worth it for the boost to clear speed.

I’m probably going to go EO for the 40% more dmg over crit as I feel like it’s too much investment to go that route. I might run EE if it works properly with reproccing it with a lightning skill. Definitely going MoM cause Trickster, so we can build up a massive effective health pool. As for gearing, Searing Touch is BiS and leaves us with whatever chest we want. Either running a 6L single-target trap or shaper 5L with a Kaom’s. Considering Aylardex to make use of the power charge generation, it gives us a ton of mana regen and “more MoM.” The Blood Dance seems really interesting as well, giving us a ton of life regen to make more use of the frenzies and that’s also getting scaled by Trickster. https://www.u4gm.com/path-of-exile

What Is Your 3.3 League Start Concept In PoE

Path of Exile

In Path of Exile, what general concept you got for your 3.3 League start? Patch notes aren’t out and we have to see how things change but let’s be real, maybe you already got something in your mind. I’ll maybe do LL Dark Pact Occultist (non crit). Take a look at the players’ ideas:

1. “I think DP totems are way stronger. Self-cast lacks AoE iirc. You can figure out ways around that though, I’m sure. But totems just deal so much more damage and you can just drop three of them and walk away from/wither a boss who will die in like a second.”

Path of Exile

2. “I did Glacial Hammer in Bestiary. The DPS was nuts and easy to scale, but the skill itself was boring af and probably contributed to why I quit the league as early as I did.”

3. “I loved played traps and kept coming back to them with different variations. So with Traps getting love, I’m doing that.”

4. “Kind of want to do a lightning trap trickster thing but i have no idea if that would work, if there’s gear to support it or even if trickster would be a useful ascendancy for it.”

5. “I just want to play a witch with good clearspeed but I only play summoners so I don’t know what else is good. Minions are great but I doubt I’d be able to do incursions successfully (fast enough) at first.”

6. “I did a LL self cast Dark Pact Occultist last league and it was amazing. my favorite build i’ve made so far. Just a blast to play. The only thing I would say about it is it’s a bit expensive. even just getting your Shavs can be a bit of a hump to get over really early in the league. I would 10/10 recommend it as a build but maybe not as a league starter just because of the cost to get it really going strong.”

What do you guys think? Bear in mind that having enough poe exalted orb is not a bad things for you.

PoE 3.2 – Flashback League & Starter Builds

poe builds

During the Flashback Event, each zone will simultaneously have three different mods from the Bestiary and previous Leagues including Abyss, Ambush, Anarchy, Beyond, Bloodlines, Breach, Harbinger, Invasion, Nemesis, Perandus, and Torment. It’s an exciting idea and might give some players the chance to experience Leagues, they possibly never had a chance to play. Also, the rewards are simply amazing. You will be awarded a random pair of Cosmetic Wings for reaching level 85, and a random Armour set for reaching level 95.

path of exile builds

Since we still have Patch 3.2, and there are no class-balancing changes or new items, the builds more or less remain the same compared to Bestiary League. However, since monsters get 3 additional mods, and become stronger, defenses may play a more important role in getting to higher levels within the limited amount of time. This caused, our suggested builds to provide higher defenses, while at the same time sustaining reasonable damage.

Ahn’s Might Cleave Juggernaut
Juggernaut is one of the most popular classes in Path of Exile’s Patch 3.2. It provides very good defenses, thanks to high Life pool, Endurance Charges, and Armour. This build, even on a moderately low budget, is capable of clearing all the Path of Exile’s content.

Blade Flurry Gladiator
Gladiator class provides the classical Sword & Board type of gameplay. It’s one of the few builds that require no specific unique items, provide good defenses thanks to the Block mechanic, and can sustain very high DPS.

Ancestral Warchief 2H Chieftain
Another amazing build, that requires near to 0 specific gear. Chieftain class provides amazing defensive bonuses, on top of your Totems dealing immense damage with the powerful Kongor’s Undyin Rage mace equipped.

Blade Vortex Herald Elementalist
This build is extremely powerful, and again, requires no expensive uniques. On top of terrific DPS, it provides very good defenses, with very high Life pool and Freeze mechanic. And as they say, the best defense is a good offense.

Quill Rain Poison Assassin
This build requires only two relatively cheap unique items to be extremely powerful. It provides insane damage, which comes mainly from Passive Points, Support Gems, and Quill Rain’s insane Attack Speed. With nearly 100 arrows fired per second, Thief’s Torment replenishes your Life to full instantly, which works like the good old Vaal Pact.

We hope you enjoy the Flashback Even with one of our builds and earn your desired rewards. If you need poe items cheap in game, you can choose u4gm.com sale cheap poe currency.

PoE: What Monsters You Will Encounter In The Marketplace

Path Of Exile

The Marketplace is an area in Act 3. This area has a waypoint and is connected to The Sewers (in the past The Market Sewers and The Warehouse District), The Catacombs and The Battlefront.

This area is divided into two large halves, which are connected by a paved road with dozens of gladiator statues. One area has the Warehouse exit, and the other contains the Catacombs near the area boundary, and the Battlefront randomly placed on the area boundary.

Path of Exile

Each side contains an entrance to The Market Sewers. The Sarn marketplace is filled with ruined buildings where merchants would sell their wares from a stall. Broken-down wagons and scraps of wood litter the ground. The quest item Decanter Spiritus can be found in an ornate chest.

And you will encounter these Monsters in The Marketplace:

1. Marceus the Defaced is a unique Giant Gladiator Statue located in The Marketplace. It has a high amount of Life and uses Lightning Strike and Tempest Shield. It only comes to life if the player enters its vicinity. The now defaced looking statue depicts Marceus Lioneye wielding Lioneye’s Remorse and a spear.

2. Archer Statues are a type of Statue armed with a bow.

3. Carrion Queens are very large Carrion bugs which spawn Carrion Minions and shoots Fireball-like projectiles. These projectiles have limited range.

4. Fencer Statues are melee Statues found in Act 3.

5. Giant Gladiator Statues are a type of melee statue found in Act 3.

6. Maul Statue is a type of melee statue found in Act 3.

7. Undying Imaplers are a type of Undying monster.

Steel Rings are Used by Builds – Path of Exile

poe tips

Essences of contempt are the go-to, flat phys on top of that base is what everyone is looking for. You want life + flat phys to attacks + %ele damage to attacks together if possible. For a quick overall idea of numbers, it’s like 4-9 phys at least, 30%+ ele dmg to attacks, and as much life as possible. Also, If you need poe currency cheap in game, you can choose u4gm.com sale cheap poe currency.

poe tips

If the other two mods are really high, you can settle for crafted life and it will still be good. Granted there are suffixes that aren’t complete trash like life gain on kill or something. So, kinda like this :

1. Flat phys (4-9 min to 9-15 max)

2. Ele dmg with attacks (30%+, as much as you can it’s rather hard to get that mod with the phys one)

3. Life (60+ is decent, crafted if none)

Other than these three i just mentioned, for suffixes you want strength, and whatever else could be good for attack builds:

a. Strengh (40+, really good to have with flat phys and life)

b. Accuracy (250-300+, a more specific one since some builds use Resolute Technique)

c. Resistances (40%+ fire/cold/lightning or 13%+ to all, or 30%+ chaos), everyone needs them so it’s never wasted.

Another option is ALOT more expensive, but makes for the best possible items with this base, the essence of Hysteria. It gives 10% of phys damage gained as extra fire damage, an insane increase in damage for a ring. Having that along with the other desired mods is very hard and costs a ton of money so i would not suggest it unless you have like 20ex+ lying around to make such a thing. But if you’re trying to minmax and have everything else already, this is an option to go even further into minmaxing.
